Feel free to browse & download what you need, just don't hammer te server: This might get you banned. Use the torrent from the home directory to get the full archive.
Also please note that using a tool like httrack/Webcopy/etc will probably not give you a complete archive and you'll end up with quite a lot of 404.html pages.
